i make an awesome chocolate one for fruits. . .
Mmmm I’m a big fan of choc fondue too, my last one was too long ago!
Looks like you had a fun night.
It was fun, and more civilised than going out drinking which is great
oh!! the french rule for dropping the bread is diff from swiss! we have to “pick the check” or “kiss the person to the left” if we drop the bread!!
Hahha that’s better I think, less incrimminating π
I’ve been thinking about that cheese fondue non-stop after that night. It was so damn uber. Time to get a fondue pot for myself! And yes, I think we discovered alot more about the real Bev that night. That being said, wasn’t really much of a surprise as we all know what a devil you are π Just be thankful you didn’t have to run around the table with your pants around your ankles ala pub style π
The eggy mix at the end was truly superb. Great night thrown by great hosts!
PS. How’s your foot? Hope its feeling better.
I knoooooow… We must do it again π The fondue, that is.. not the pants-around-the-ankles part, which I can guarantee you I won’t partake in!
Foot is crap. Being xrayed tomorrow :X
you’re never had fondue? isn’t it great? so were the eggs that u cracked cooked or semi cooked when u swirled it around in the cheese?
I’ve just had the chocolate kind, but the cheese one is awesome!
The eggs are cracked in raw when there’s only a tiny bit of cheese left.. then swirled around so it becomes creamy and sweet. Mmmm
Wow, that looks sooooo delicious! One of my goals in life is to eat as much cheese as possible…. mmmmmm, cheese!
Awesome goal, I totally agree π
cool! π
nothing beats a nice cheese fondue and the strawberries look delish!
Yeah, it was nice having a fresh cold dessert after allll that cheese, bread and egg. Mmmm!
You’ve never had cheese fondue before? I’m surprised! Isn’t it so yummy! I love cheeeese! *^^*
I know! I must live under a rock.. grr
