We kinda fudged around and just cooked chicken, mushrooms and garlic and poured in some thick cream. That was it! And lots of salt and pepper 😛

Hihi! What is vol au vents? Looks creamy and sooooo yum!!! *^^*
It’s basically a cream mixture (we used chicken and mushrooms) inside a vol au vent shell/pastry – you should be able to buy them in any grocery store! Very yum
The first pic is so awesomely clear. It looks like it belongs in a brochure.
Yeah, they have a gorrrrgeous view. It sure beats mine!
