I’ve been hitting the gym like a woman possessed. People always say that I have the most obsessive compulsive personality they have ever seen, and I probably have to admit to that πŸ˜› This time however, my latest obsession is EXERCISE!!! Been going around 6 times a week, much to the surprise/suspicion/horror of everyone around me. No one’s known me to be a gym bunny – EVER. So it’s still quite a foreign concept to all, hehe.. The great part is that I’ve got a couple of fellow gym nuts, which really helps as we keep each other motivated.

Only thing is… so much exercise is making me eat (or is INHALE a better word?) copious amounts of food. Pasta, in particular.. because it seems to be the ‘heaviest’ meal that can keep me full the longest. I guess the downside of exercise is that it shoots your metabolism into overdrive, so I’m finding I need to eat a substantial amount of food every 2-3 hours or I go mad/faint with hunger. So been cooking lots of pasta dishes, but trying to keep it healthy by keeping the cream/oil/fat content down and adding salad leaves in.

i havnt been to gym for more than 2 months now..yesterday i finally went for 20 mins run along the track close to my host family..right now im in japan for a summer course in a country side..here is amazingly beautiful!! πŸ˜‰

It was super easy, which was what I’m after. Between going out and going to the gym, there isn’t much time left to myself to cook! :X

I’m not sure if it actually makes me feel good, but I like the sore feeling afterwards, haha. And I’m determined to bring that bodyfat down so I don’t have much of a choice! Just hope that I can keep it up.. it gets a bit boring after awhile I think:X

It’s killing my social life!

Whoaaaa! But I agree, it’s hard fitting the gym in as well as going out. I’m trying to go in the morning but it’s WAAAAAAY HARD :X

i feel like i’m way too thin to go to the gym super often. i go around 3 times a week and do 2 hours of class. i makes me eat sooo much too!!

Wow that’s definitely a lot, you’re doing great!
I feel like it’s good going to the gym if we’re thin, ‘cos then you bulk up with muscle etc.. well, I hope so πŸ˜‰

I’m disappointed. I would have preferred to see a picture of a bit of pasta to go with plate of saucey fat! Not the otherway round… You don’t deserve that gluttony quotient…

Exercise is good, I should really get back into it. I’m just too lazy and I feel too cold.

But I hope you don’t go overboard with exercise!!
