When I left my existing team at eBay to move to a new/different one.. so I’ve stopped working with Google/Yahoo/etc.

ok this is completely off topic…but when you got hired at ebay, how did you illustrate your ability to plan strategically and the fact that you are a fast learner? how did you get them to not see your age/lack of experience as a drawback?
I just saw the vacancy on the website, and went in for an interview and just professed my love for eBay – that was it 😉 eBay does hire quite young people anyway – they hire for future potential/talent and not previous work experience, so it was fortunate as I was/am the youngest person @ the office!
