I liked the fresh Bruschetta I made the other night so much that I decided to do it again.. albeit totally different. MUCH easier this time, as everything was pre-made. I just spread on some guacamole/salsa dip, topped with sweet chilli tuna, and sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley. Voila! Sweet Chilli Tuna & Guacamole Bruschetta, easy as pie.
