We decided to make an Organic Pesto Pasta with the Organic Green Olive & Pistachio Pesto and Fresh Cracked Pepper Pasta we bought. Using my fresh home-grown herbs, of course! 😀
It was so easy to make – just pan fried a bit of chicken, added some of my (home-grown! Whee!) basil, and stirred the pesto and some extra virgin olive oil into everything, and Hey Presto! Easy peasy 🙂

That looks great! I wish I could grow my own herbs. Unfortunately I have a brown thumb (I even killed a cactus!) so I haven’t bothered.
I’m nervous with mine too.. plants never seem to last long with me. Fingers crossed this time they’ll live 😉
