I was amazed that eBay paid $10,000 just to hire the people to organise the Survivor games. Boy, I’m in the wrong field!

I was discussing this with a friend over a coffee recently. He was telling me how he got sent on a course where they played a board game similar to monopoly, which was meant to teach something. I can’t remember what it was supposed to teach.

The point is, some guy made a stupid board game and is getting paid thousands of dollars a week just for letting people play it on one of these courses!

It’s insane how much these people make, for something relatively simple to run/organise! Like I said, I must be in the wrong field πŸ˜‰

yup, you can’t go wrong with some bbq’ed sausages.

I am totally jealous! πŸ˜€ the working culture at ebay is definitely something I envy when I read your entries, Bev. any chance at a position or two up for grabs during grad recruitment-esque type positions for 2008? πŸ˜›

For a while there I thought you were sporting a white tie over that red turtleneck in that one picture. Hehe.

And that sounds like a really awesome day!

eBay sounds like a really awesome company to work for! I remember your old entries on sausage and bread, hee. And they’re still your fav! I can see why you had 20 of those chocolate gold coins. They look so inviting in that treasure box!
