Nup, their calculation doesn’t take into account race and bone density (the ‘ranges’ are the same worldwide). I don’t look thin and frankly I’m chubby around the butt/thighs/stomach, so I’d like to be a 16 BMI soon for sure!

The calculations actually all the same for BMI? Whichever calculator you use, it’s all the same formula! So if you do a search for “BMI” on Google, any site that you use will give you the same BMI calculation..:)

It’s sooooooooooo hard to get motivated, but once you’re exercising, it’s fine. I’m actually starting to enjoy it *shock* πŸ˜›

but i can’t imagine climbing 4 flight of stairs.. feels like back in schs where there are no lifts!

18’s super good! I was that too until i got started on the jogging thing.. I’m not sure if it’s worth it though, just 1 point off the BMI and having to exercise 2-3x a week for that just plain sucks!

Oh, and I meant to say that you are considered underweight if your BMI is under 18.5 -frowns- Oh well, we still look damn good!
