And for tonight, I had a bunch of scallops and decided to make a Homecooked breaded scallops with lemon & parsley fish, jullienned carrots and potato salad. I actually cheated as the fish was a frozen meal – Birds Eye make the best frozen fish! So yummy and cooks in a few mins in the microwave. Anyway, the scallops were really yummy :)~ And the breadcrumbs gives it that “deep fried” delicious taste, but it was healthy since I used olive oil to pan fry. Mmmmm!

hi…i surfed onto your journal. I really like your recipes…can i add you to my ”friends” list? you’re a fantastic cook!
Sure thing, thanks! I’ll also add you back π
Oooh I did a project on Unilever’s Birds Eye before! We bought the fish fillet (i think) and cooked it for our lecturer to sample as part of our presentation. Wish seafood’s much cheaper here!
Wow really, what for?!?! Did you end up deciding it’s good, or if it’s crap food? Such an interesting project π

Scallops! Yummmmmy!!! We can’t get fresh scallops in Hawaii, only frozen ones. *sigh* BTW…I think you were a chef in your previous life. Hehe… π
Oh poo!! Only frozen?? I wonder if it tastes much different.. well, next time if you’re in AU, you gotta go to the Fish markets and eat some fresh ones π
Your food posts in the middle of the night are BAAAAD for me! LOL! Looks great, as always.
Hehe thanks! I’m just compiling all my food pics at the monent.. and getting hungry too, haha π
oooo!! the stir-fried noodles looks like Mee Goreng!! and it seems easy to make!!
Ya! I bought them at the chiller section so all you need to do is stir them around in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 mins and it’s ready π
Oh, you’re such a good cook! I’m so envious. I have been having bad luck in the kitchen lately.
Well, it’s a hit and miss sometimes! The other day’s salmon/potato patties were a shocker π
