FOOD looks fabulous! really! I cant even pick which one id have first…think i would just put it all on one plate and dig in with 2 forks! oink.
I think some people scar more than others… Stinks. or maybe you change over time, or hormones or who knows. I’ve been using perscription Retin-A (which is actually the ONLY thing clinically proven to help wrinkles. No really. the only thing… lol)
anyway. its been really good altho it does take a little while to start working and in some people there is a little flare up with in the first few weeks….BUT…. besides the acne being better the texture of my skin is WAY better. Feels softer and less…i dont know…something. But it feels really good
Yeah my skin has started to scar real easily in the past few years.. sucks! And I’m so lazy I won’t do proper medical stuff on my skin.. so I’ll start with this peel every 2 months and if it doesn’t help, figure out where to go from there, haha!

Your food as usual looks amazing. And the garden looks gorgeous. This trip is quite enviable.
Skin tip: I use pure vitamin E oil on my face at night, and it helps clear up acne scars. It seems weird to put oil on your face, but it’s really moisturizing and it helps your skin heal more quickly, it also just feels very soothing.
Rodan and Fields makes a skin line called Proactiv http://www.proactiv.com and it works miracles. If you can’t get it in Australia, I can get it here and ship it to you.
Ooohhh yeah i’ve heard of Proactiv! I think I used it when I was younger.
Where do you get the Vitamin E from? just the chemist? Think I’ll give it a shot π
Anywhere that sells vitamins should have it, it’s pretty inexpensive too. It’ll just be a little bottle of oil.
Ooo thanks, and I can just prick it and apply to my face? I’ll see if I can find pure Vitamin E and *fingers crossed* it’ll work π Thanks for the tip
The noodles were SO GOOD.. and only SG$2.50 each!!
Wow, delicious and a good deal!
I don’t think your skin looks bad. The scars look as if they’ll go away soon.
The food looks amazing! I love Teh C Peng (iced tea with evaporated milk) too π
I have quite pale skin so they stand out badly π
Ooo I’ve never tried Tec C Peng.. I’m gonna try it next time!!
Oooo I had Teh C Peng an hour ago.. with my dinner. The guy did it terribly though! It was so watered down it was just as if I was drinking water. So upset.
What’s the diff between that and normal Teh Peng, btw??
I am not sure what Teh Peng is like in Sg but here it means iced tea with sugar (no milk) while Teh C Peng is iced tea + evaporated milk. It tastes like Indian Teh Tarik but without the foam/bubbles. Too bad the one you tried wasn’t good.
Have you tried three-coloured tea/coffee (tea or coffee+ milk + palm sugar)? Sooooooooooo nice!
Ohhhh I think they’re both really similar in SG then.. as Teh Peng also has milk in it (but might be condensed, not evaporated). Heh, dunno, I’ll give it another shot as we’re just about to head downstairs for breakfast! Never tried the three-coloured tea either!!
Oops..I made a mistake. The Teh Peng here is the same as the one in Sg, tea with condensed milk.

oh I’ve never had of that skincare! Gonna see if they have it in australia and sample it.. thanks π
Those scars aren’t really bad. Don’t they go away in a month or so?
They’re *supposed* to… but after months mine haven’t gone away let alone lightened :X Apparently my skin’s now prone to marks and it can take a few years to go! So the peels hasten the process..
