YUM! Hey, those cooked carrots photographed really well. They look orange and cooked and make me hungry!! π
Hehe I don’t like veg but I liked that dish.. it wasn’t too bad at all!
I’m proud of you!! I once made some sort of vegetarian meal for dinner and the BF complained about the lack of meat. Sadly, I prefer meat to veggies too, so it was a miserable meal for both of us.
Heh it IS pretty miserable to have veggies and rice for dinner.. but I have to admit, the sweet & sour fish really made the whole meal yum π

I couldn’t find their house because the complex is literally right behind eBay Park so I was totally confused. I know they’re going to be happy there and driving past eBay reminded me of you π
Chinese greens are so good with oyster sauce!!
I envy you, I completely stopped my weekly runs around my neighborhood after I graduated from high school (about two years ago now!). But more power to you, seriously- congrats!

Hopefully you’ll get to a point where you physically feel bad if you *don’t* exercise and that motivates you to stay healthy! I know if I don’t exercise I feel grumpy, tired and sore. Exercise puts me in a better mood now π

Dieticians are extremely helpful to see – last time I saw mine, she helped me add so much more to my daily eating plans to mix things up a bit as it was getting boring!
I can’t wait to see mine on Mon… the chat I had with the CalorieKing dietitian was sooo helpful! Have you checked out the website? There’s a USA version if you’re interested π
