I just did lots of jogging on the treadmill at a high incline, and lots of bicycle riding! My thighs were soooooo jiggly and massive before, and now they’re heaps better 😀

i’ve been crazy trying to get the nano fling case for my nano (i live in portugal, they don’t sell it here) online, but either they don’t ship to portugal, or they ask 3 times the cost of the case for the shipping alone, which is absurd! i’d love one in silver, i just think they’re too cute. congrats! =)
