That’s the one I got! Do you think it works for you?
I think it basically has similar effects as in eating “bird’s nest” but a lot cheaper…more collagen, more protein, etc.
And yes, it did work for me! Otherwise I wouldn’t have taken it for such a long time…
And again, it is really cheaper than bird’s nest…

when i was back in singapore in july, i definitely checked out charles and keith and …. bought three pairs because i liked them so much! i wish they’d open a store here or something because i love their shoes!!! yay!
