Definitely! Start out by doing searches for stuff you like – it’s easier to start buying and then move to selling (assuming you have lots of stuff you want to get rid of!).
Ebay’s pretty low on fraud as you need a credit card to join and/or sell, so that deters people. Always check a seller’s feedback rating too, just to be sure 😉
