(Jac) I put on weight too! It was all those CNY goodies, haha. But I’ve lost 1 kg already, and have decided to aim for losing one more this Feb, and then, I’ll be fine again, haha. Here’s to completing our ‘mission’! =)

I just did mild stuff like crunches and a bit of 2kg weights and the treadmill.. so I’m not sore at all. I’m going to Aerofitness on Fri though, and that’s an intense class, so looking forward to getting sore!
