Oooh I vote toffee… it’s just right. Haven’t you ever had a toffee apple? It’s kind of… well… it’s like when you heat sugar up so it kind of caramalises and becomes all liquid and clear, and then you let it cool down and it forms this translucent, light brown, hard, sticky candy stuff.
I love the name snickers too – cos it’s quite mouse-ish – but it’s more toffee coloured than chocolate.
What about coffee? (That’s a lot like toffee, but anyway). I liked mocha too.
Never had a toffee apple.. seen them heaps though! I think I like Toffee too.. actually, I like ALL the names there 😉

Awwww! I love your mouse. I used to have two, one named MooMoo cuz he had black spots like a cow, and the other one Pinky (from the cartoon Pinky and the Brain). My parents made me return them because they smelled really bad 🙁 Did you have that problem with your mice?

Hehe MooMoo is a cute name. Were they males? When you just have one female mouse and change the bottom part of the cage (with the sawdust, etc) once a week, it doesn’t smell.

MooMoo was a boy and Pinky was a girl. Ahhh…sawdust. I only used pine shavings. I did clean the cage on a daily basis though =Þ
Australia doesn’t have pecan sandies??? *gasp* They’re yum. Think shortbread cookies with pecan bits in ’em.

God Bev, how do you do it! I HATE, HATE, HATE mice. We just had our yearly run-in with mice around here. As soon as the weather gets cold, they run up in your house like they pay rent LOL I couldn’t get the rat poison out fast enough.

*lol* Common misconception about pet mice is that they’re dirty. Being born into a cage and living there they’re whole life, pet mice actually pick up a lot less germs than humans do – ‘cos we walk all over the place outside. Wild mice are gross though! Plus they bite ;(

*lol* Common misconception about pet mice is that they’re dirty. Being born into a cage and living there they’re whole life, pet mice actually pick up a lot less germs than humans do – ‘cos we walk all over the place outside. Wild mice are gross though! Plus they bite ;(

I reckon Muffin would be a cute name as well — food related, and she’s a nice brown muffin-y colour. Either that or chocolate-y names would be good, I think. Mars, Twix, Malteser… oh, that name would be fun…

Yeah, Moomin was named after that strange Dutch cartoon called ‘The Moomins’ that I fell in love with when I was younger. I miss that hamster, he was so lovely.
You should set up a poll or something with these names, there’s so many! Or, if you really can’t choose between two names, give her a middle name or two. I did that with my mouse… I called her Phoebe Felicity Mouse. ^_^
