though, i bought 70-80USD worth of clothes and she and her friend sent a bank draft over and i never got it. then now they accuse me of not having received it. i bought in march of ’02 i believe..
still no money yet but now we got the misunderstanding clear a month ago (before, some bickering) and are trying to work it out. they will do paypal now.
Ugh I received other MUA pages and LJ comments from others that have had problems with her. Can’t believe you’ve been going through this for *a year* :O You haven’t left a neg and neutral yet?!? I thought my 4 months was unbelievable as it is! Even if she pays, I’d still leave a neutral since a YEAR is just jaw-dropping. Because I found out that those that have had problems didn’t leave her bad tokens and so she’s free to do as she pleases and cheat others. Well, I left her a neg and neutral so she can’t do that anymore!

I’ve done a couple of purchases for her. I eventually got the money but she was really annoying throughout the transaction. Constantly emailing me wanting to know why she hadn’t gotten her package yet, I couldn’t seem to make her understand that it takes 2 weeks or more sometimes. I think the only reason my purchases for her worked was because I insisted that she send the money before I bought anything.
Man at least you got the money.. I think I was just a pushover and kept merrily going “OK, sure, i understand, I’ll wait!” over and over. Funny how she can take FOUR MONTHS to send the money, yet can’t wait 2 weeks for something to get to her. BLoody hell.

I had this happen to me before, we were supposed to be cp’ing for each other so the day we settled the agreement i went and bought her $38 us worth of stuff and i didnt hear from her again, i emailed her a lot but never got a reply and after about 2 months i emailed her again and someone else replied and it turned out to be her mother whos email it was and this girl was 14!! She never returned to makeupalley though cos i was the first person she was to swap with and i left a neutral so nobody else swapped with her as her one token was bad. Did you send this girls addy and her emails to the problem swapper list? Might help others 🙂

Argh.. figures. I had heaps of problems with other girls from Laundro that thought the world revolved around them and had no responsibility to realise that you have to actually PAY someone if you buy something from them :T What’s her username?

I think it’s worse when you want to be nice to someone and do something for them.. and then they turn around and take advantage of you. Can’t believe that for the past few months I’ve just been so naive and believed everything she said!

Heh nah.. I’m over it now and calmed down ‘cos I sold the blush to someone who paid in an hour, so I’m very happy about that 🙂 I just have to be more cautious next time and make sure I’m actually paid before I buy something for someone!

‘Cos she could only send via snail mail and I told her that I could go into the city in the next few days and get it for her provided she send payment immediately. She agreed :T
But yeah, if I ever do any more cps in the future, I’ll NEVER EVER EVER buy the item first – no matter how nice/sweet they are to me. It just isn’t worth it :T
