Cool! What degree did he do? At which Uni? I can’t wait to graduate….. only 2 months to go…..
well he wont be done wih his degree until next year, but he is going for an accountant degre then his CPA and his masters, all of that will be done within 2 years.

Haha, actually it’s not really that hard to get 100% for computing assignments, a lot of ppl (including me) used to get nothing below 98% during our undergrad years in NSW!
But congrats anyway Bev, good luck with your driving though, hope your suburb doesn’t get flooded!

Ack! I think I took the wrong subject.. in AI, 50% of people are under 50/100 . What subjects did you take? In most of the subjects I’ve taken so far, we can see everyone’s marks online and no one gets over 95! I think I’m picking the horrible subjects here :T
It actually stopped raining at Randwick tonight *shock*, and I actually think I saw a little wee spot of dry ground. Everything’s smelly though ‘cos the ground is so waterlogged. Oh well, better than drought though, I guess 😉

Yeah, I didn’t take AI (it didn’t interest me) but I did hear that it was quite difficult. Subjects I did (that I can remember) were Operating Systems (v. good!), Software develpt, OO systems… I don’t know if they still offer these?

AI is compulsory for my course :T The name *sounds* cool, but the material is really boring. I’m leaning more towards the HCI side of computing now ‘cos I found sitting in front of a computer programming for hours felt too nerdy and boring 😛 But Chris did Advanced OS and really liked it.. though he doesn’t intend to be programming os as a career either! He’s into the security side of IT.
I think I’m going to schedule a 3hr driving lesson tomorrow cos today’s got cancelled. I hope I don’t fall asleep in the car 😉
