Hey Bev, tried making sausage rolls as you instructed and it’s sooo Yummy!!
I had a small problem with the “cheese leakage” but it’s fantastic anyway!

Yay! they taste so yummy.. i’m making them again this week π As for the cheese, just be sure to make sure the ends of the pastry are sealing the sausage in – if the sausage and cheese are all contained and sealed inside the puff pastry, the cheese won’t leak out π

Oh I just sort of smush the pastry ends together so they’re sealed π I just bought more sausages and pastry (bought it in sheets this time so I don’t have to roll it out) and I’m making more this week too π

After reading this entry, I went grocery shopping and picked up a couple cans of crescent roll dough. I’m gonna try it with Vienna sausage! (See what you’re doing to us? Hehe)

I did it…I baked some up today, using Butter Flake flavor Crescent rolls filled with Vienna sausage. DEEEEELICOUS!! I’m hooked–thanks for the tips! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!

OH nah! I just bought it from the store and rolled it out.. it’s only about $2 so I figured it’s easier buying it than making it π
