Tell me about it…me and my thunder thighs know exactly how you feel. People tell me I’m nowhere near fat, but that doesn’t mean I couldn’t stand to see some serious toning. I feel like that Pokemon Jigglypuff! Best wishes with your healthful regimen. Let us know how it goes; it’ll help motivate people like me too! = )

The pilates will be good for toning and the aerobics will be good for dropping a few pounds.

Last night I started my own regimen since I’m on spring break and my thighs seems to be getting a zip code of their own. =) Also do cruches not sit ups, they’re just as effective but they dont mess up your back!

ERm. I don’t want to lose a few pounds or I might disappear :T I thought aerobics just gets up your cardio and endurance?? But yeah, pilates will be nice for a lean and toned body.. I’m on easter break here as of today so I’m also starting a regime like you are, I wonder how long I can go at it for before giving up *lol*

ROTFL…Bev. You’re funny weird!!!! You with a pot belly? Are you sure? You look nice and flat over there from your pics:) But, its great you wanna lead a healthy lifestyle coz just bcoz you’re thin you can still be unhealthy. Am I making sense..?
3 times a week is the recommended for a healthy lifestyle and 3 hours is great. Loosing weight is different though. Its better to do more often. Eating healthy is basically having a balnced diet with different types of vegies and all that. The prefrence nowadays is, not taking much sugar, cut the oil and eat whole grains instead of white starches like white breads and “white pasta”.Also drink lots of water.
I have a suggestion for you. Since you aren’t working out for loosing weight and since you are already slim, you should consider doing weights on one of the days as it helps strenthen your bones and will tone your body.

When I bend over I have a pot belly!

I went for a jog today.. I’m exhausted :T I drink *heaps* of water but I don’t really eat veg so I’ll do that.. weights? never thought about that! I think they have weights at the gym so I can try it.. as long as it won’t make me have massive arms and shoulders, I don’t mind πŸ˜›

Actually lifting weights wont make you have massive arms:P. The trick is to do “lighter” weights and more frequently in a set. You build the “massiveness” when you do “heavier” weights with less frequency.
BUT you have to realise that once you start toning and using weights you have to make a commitment to continue or what ever muscles you get while lifting weights or even exercising has a nasty habit of changing into fat once you stop:( Another thing is don’t be alarmed if you put on a few pounds, coz muscle is heavier than fat:)

I think I’m gonna pick up a monthly gym membership and see how often I use it that month.. and go from there. I’m embarassed to go lift my 1kg weights in front of all these hulking guys lifting 100kg weights though! Eek..
