try marinating the chicken in oyster sauce first. it’ll make the chicken tastier on it’s own as well… have fun cooking!

Heya Bev,

It shouldnt be too hard to find asian groceries. You live near Eastwood and there are a number of asian restaurants and shops, courtesy of the Koreans there.

ps- you dunno about lettuce and veges in noodles?….man, you been too whitewashed!

aiyo! You no come from Singapore lah! no way lah! 🙂

Man, are those asian restaurants/shops within walking distance, or at least along a bus route? I have no car so I’m pretty “stuck” where I am :T I’m REALLY missing Chinese food tho, ‘cos they don’t really have any around here.

Heheh nah! I dunno much about veg in noodles cos until recently, I didn’t eat *any* sort of veggies, AT ALL. But recently I’ve started to like lettuce and salads and stuff.. and there’s this chinese dish in Singapore I like – it’s the really thin green leafy veggies (way smaller and thinner than Kai Lan) and comes with some sort of dark sauce (oyster?).. it’s SO GOOD *drool*.
