Hehe we *just* got into Spring! But the weather has been incredible this past week – clear skies, warm sun and nice winds 🙂 I wish it was like that all year round though..

I am interested in making the tuna pasta too. Are the ingredients you wrote in your entry all I need? Do I need cheese or cream etc? Thanks!

Yep, that’s all 🙂 Just mix it all together and refrigerate for about an hour so it’s nice and chilled 🙂 Also, it’s really nice with some pepper through it!

Yep, that’s all 🙂 Just mix it all together and refrigerate for about an hour so it’s nice and chilled 🙂 Also, it’s really nice with some pepper through it!

Great photos! Sounds like you’re really enjoying rock climbing! I tried it a couple of times while in sec sch and I loved it. Its tiring but u get a great sense of satisfaction when u get to the top. Your tuna salad looks yummy. Btw, I tried out the Mac’s tiramisu today. You were right, it was good….And it was chilled too! 🙂
