are you using “prtsc” printscreen button?

I do use print screen but Media Player does this weird thing that it doesn’t capture the video in the print screen! It’s so bizzare..

Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > Trouble Shoot > Turn hardware acceleration to none. That should do it. Make sure you turn it back afterwards.
