Its def only for nap/sleep time, but I’m not sure if the sizing accomodates a toddler. You may need to check the site to check their measurements!

My 15mo daughter has had eczema for months. we’ve been using ScratchMeNot mitten sleeves, but she still manages to rub her face very badly even with the sleeves one (particularly during nap/sleep) time…she is almost 20lbs. do you suppose to take this off during the day and only put it on during nap/bed time? does it affect their playing and such?

Yes it does! It somewhat holds them down, though not as tightly as a swaddle. But, I find kids escape out of the swaddles too easy, but they cant out of sleepywings 🙂

My son is now 6 months old and he still needs to be swaddled for naps and bedtime – otherwise he can’t fall asleep! However, he now always finds his way to release his arms out, and as a result keep waking up at night (almost every hour, if not two!) and I have to re-swaddle him back! He also had a mild case of eczema and always scratches his face/ear when with his hands while sleeping. So I’m wondering if this Sleepy Wings could actually ‘restrict’ his arms movement so as to reduce his night waking?

It’s partially swaddled. Very similar to you lying in bed under a quilt, IMHO! So the baby can move their arms, but in a limited way. Love it cos it’s not fully restrictive like a swaddle, so it’s perfect for his daytime naps.

These should work then cos they’re not as restrictive as a swaddle and only the arms. And have I ever told you that Lexi is such a gorgeous name?!

I love the fact that you could swaddle them still in the car seat which you can’t with a traditional swaddle.

Lexi has to be swaddled too but I want to gently transition her out of them now that she is rolling.
