Try http://shanghai.beanonline.org/ – they do trips to the Huixin orphanage and need volunteers all the time 🙂

Wow, that's so surprising yet sad all at the same time... I guess sitting in a room staring at the wall impedes a whole lotta learning for the kids :S So glad your cousin is in a great home now!!
