Not everyone had 3 courses nor drinks.

At 370RMB, I would expect much much more, as there are a myriad of other places that are half the prices and serve the same (or better) food. I don’t mind paying the price, but I would expect top-notch (ie. way better) food than other restaurants that charge less. It’s all relative.

It’s personal opinion, I’m sure everyone is different.

It’s a shame that you guys didn’t like your mains. I have been eating there regularly for about six months, now, and I’m yet to experience a meal that’s anything other than fabulous.

But I actually wanted to comment on your complaint about the price. You said it was sky-high, but there seem to have been seven of you (possibly 8?) and you had cocktails, beer, wine, entree, main, dessert and coffee! ¥2,600 for seven people is only ¥370 each, or about US$55 for a three-course meal, including imported wine/beer, cocktails and coffee. Seems pretty reasonable to me, no?
