Oh ok. I just thought that I might overbeat if I used an electric mixer and that would somehow affect the texture of the cookies..silly me! :P

I use an electric mixer.. it's easier and just takes about 1 min!

I like super easy recipes, bcause baking can be kind of a pain sometimes :P
