Woo! the fun part about cooking is just substituting for whatever’s lurking in the fridge. Plus, whilst the cream does give it that incredibly buttery lovely taste, the yoghurt is a LOT more healthy and the cheese will make up for the flavour. It sounds yum :)~

Just wanted to let you know I had Penny over for brunch today, and we made them! We varied the recipe a bit – we had two eggs each, and used natural yoghurt instead of cream (not as a matter of preference, but just because I didn’t have cream), and put some parmesan cheese on top as well. But it was great! Just a perfect brunch. Thanks so much for the recipe. 🙂

Yes the green tea frappe was delicious!! we went back for a second round 🙂 And on the 3rd round (err.. greedy? me?) I tried the vanilla one – that was deelish too.
