Hunter, Playdates IT’S ALL ABOUT THE BALLS! 11 November 2011

Hunter’s little girl friend (actually she’s not so little, she’s 3 months older than he is!) threw a playdate for a bunch of babies and hooboy what a playdate it was. Her place was decked out more like a kindergarten with toys and all the works! Talk about baby-paradise…  😛

But first, we had lunch.. which was at this adorable Australian cafe called Jules Café and Bar. They have a corner area with plush sofas, soft pillows and soft carpeting – absolutely perfect when you have kiddos walking/clamouring around everywhere! They had an absolute blast and it was so comfortable for us mum, so major props to Jules for having such a  kid-friendly cafe, not to mention how warm and friendly he (and his staff) was.

This iced mocha was actually at the dessert cafe next door, but how pretty is it?!

“Mum? Stop eating and play attention to me, please. Mummmm??”

The lovely thing about at-home playdates is that the babies are so much more comfortable and get to crawl/walk around and play with toys. The downside is, it’s not so much fun for the mums ‘cos we don’t get to shop – haha! I think I’m a fan of at-home playdates though.. really ought to get my act together and do one soon..

BALL PIT!!!! All the kids liked it 🙂

Mutual nomming

Elliot trying to teach Hunter the different fruit. Hunter simply wondering if he can stuff them into his mouth.

Fascinated with this ball-popper toy thing. Why do kids always covet someone ELSE’S toys instead of their own??
OK it doesn’t look like it here, but he rather enjoyed this swing set. A relief, ‘cos I have a swing for him at home that I haven’t opened up yet!

A random pic that I’m sticking in here cos it’s so cute. Babies just FASCINATED with each other! I want to squish them both.

This is a maternity skirt. It doesn’t look like one, does it?! But the secret is that it has a stretchy waistband and is oh-so-comfy. Hehehe…

Oh Jules! Love it. Plus it’s literally round the corner from my parents’.

O.O..ooo..hehehe (that was for the comments about being busted)
You know..I have this feeling most of the comments here are gonna be talking about that maternity skirt..bwahahahah 😉

I thought it might have been something you had bought when you were pregnant with Hunter..then again, is Saturday morning and I’m more blur than usual..haha

Hahah! I’m not pregnant though, just that maternity wear is awesome so I wear it now 😉
Hey if you drop by SG, we can go shopping together 😛
