Hunter, Playdates PLAYDATE IN THE HOME 11 September 2011

Hunter met a new lil girl friend a couple of days ago πŸ™‚ Her nickname is Beanie, how adorable is that?! I don’t know what it is, but she’s particularly adorable because of how her eyes crinkle up, and her cutie-pie face with small and delicate features, and her straight-cut bowl hairstyle. Aaaiiieeee… cuteness overload!

We had lunch atΒ Peperoni Pizzeria (Binjai Park), an Italian restaurant cheerfully decked out in patriotic red/green/white. Service was very friendly and helpful, considering we had 2 young infants with us. Our food came out swiftly and I simply loved their pizza! A thin, crisp crust, laden with toppings. I also later learned that they are part of the Les Amis group, but at very reasonable prices. It’s a shame theyΒ don’t do lunch specials, or it’d be even more fantastic.

Hunter goes down a slide – for the 1st time in his life!

We then headed back to my cousin’s place for the kiddies to nap and then play around. The fantastic thing about playdates at home is that the babies get to sit on the ground and you know it’s safe. Hunter has a particular penchant for balls, I suppose he IS a boy! Bouncing balls make him squeal with delight and he’ll flap his arms up and down like he’s having an epileptic fit.

Isn’t it nice, experiencing the world through a child’s eyes? πŸ™‚

“A ball? For MEEEE???”

Che10

Unfortunately, our kids are still too young to actually play together, and instead spent most of the time ignoring each other πŸ˜‰

I baked up some chocolate chip cookies at my cousin’s place, for our tea time nibblies πŸ™‚
