Friends, Hunter, Parties, Uncategorized A SNAPSHOT INTO THE FUTURE? 20 July 2011

10+ years ago, Chris and I were living in college in Australia. Remember those days? I think some of you do 🙂 (don’t we all feel so old now?!) Anyway, living there too was another couple that got together during those days and subsequently got married, just as we did. And even more co-incidently, the guy is from Australia and the girl is from Singapore!

They were really fortunate had had twin boys a year ago, and were celebrating their 1st birthday. Their twins fascinate me because when Hunter was born, I thought he looked so similar to them! I guess it’s the similar mix of genes or something.. but I reckon they have such similar skin and hair colouring, not to mention the same pillowy white arms and legs 😛 It’s fun seeing them now because it’s kind of like a window as to what Hunter will look and be like when he’s older!

My husband and I both lived in New College for almost a year back in 2002 as well. He is from Denmark and I am from Hong Kong. We have been together for 9 years 🙂 I remember your college friends from the picture, but I’m not sure if they still remember who I am.

I find Hunter looks less Asian with his big round eyes. The twins seem to have fair skin too but their Dad’s hair is darker too.
I think Hunter will look a bit more like Arthur with lighter hair. Afterall their Dads were bro separated at birth with same color eye and hair tee hee

Hey Btw, do you speak to him in mandarin?

Yeah mostly very similar skin colouring. I don’t really speak to him in Mandarin cos mine ain’t very good and I don’t know a lot of words.. and am also lazy to, oops!

And OMG I’d forgotten what Arthur looked like back then!! how much he has grown hehee.

Are they identical twins? I can’t really seem to tell from the picture. I think twins are really cool but oh man, the amount of work one has to deal with at the beginning is not something that I can imagine myself having.
