HOLIDAYS, Huangshan, Uncategorized HUANGSHAN: trekking at Grand Canyon 8 May 2010

Chris and I decided to go on the Grand Canyon Walk ourselves at Huangshan Mountain. Our guide warned us it has a LOT of stairs and is more strenuous, and boy, it really was. We walked and climbed until our legs couldn’t quite move anymore… oh the pain!!! But it was worth it. Breathtaking views and peaceful and quiet. I loved the little lookout at the end, a small area poking out that you can sit and enjoy the views and the sunshine.

A very steep walk down the stairs. And yes, we had to walk back up those stairs later!

Walking through a small crack in the rocks

Love the dark green trees and the misty mountains in the background

ARGHHH this was scary, the drop was RIGHT DOWN THE MOUNTAIN!

Sitting in peace and quiet at the lookout

Beautiful pictures! Haven’t been to Huang Shan yet, but I’ve done Tai Shan in Shandong province (you should go). 6,666 (or somewhere thereabouts) steps, it took us about 7 hours with all the breaks included. Crazy thing is, at the bottom, all the Chinese people were telling us that it’d only take us 3 hours to get there. But we walked up the whole thing.. tiring but rewarding the next morning when we saw the sunrise (the sunrise is on the back of the 5yuan note).

the pictures were beautiful!!!!! Truly a good reason to go through all the strenuous work to get there. How was the weather though? was it warm or cool?

If you need to take another one soon, however, you can skip the dose missed, cialis seek immediate medical help in case of having an allergic reaction.
