RATING:

Bungalow 8 used to be one of my ‘local joints’, a place I often went to when I lived smack bang in the middle of the city in Sydney. They’re quintessentially Australian – all out in the open under the sun, looking out towards the harbour, and serving up top-notch grub and beers. There are few things I like more than chilling out under the warm sun with a BIG bowl of hot chips dipped in mayonnaise, an ice-cold beer, and good company.

It was here that we had the after-wedding brunch to recuperate after the craziness and fun of the day, and to catch up to debrief. Bungalow 8 often get either raves or moans about their food, but they were at top-form that day – the food was fantastic! All the dishes came out promptly, very generous servings, and delicious.
