I made cheesecake
Heat 200g butter and 80g unsweetened chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted. Turn off heat.
Whisk in 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, until well combined.
Whisk in 2/3 cup plain flour until just combined.
Pour brownie batter into pan.
In another bowl, whisk 250g (softened) cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 large egg yolk, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence.
Dollop over brownie batter.
Spread gently over surface with a knife, then swirl the knife through both layers.
Bake at 180 celcius for 30-35 minutes, or until top is cooked but inside is still a little soft/fudgy.
Fresh out of the oven – they smell AMAZING!!!
