I also heard at one point, noodle shops were mixing finely-ground sand into the noodle mix to save on costs. Total WTF!
But in reality, you gotta just use your common sense, otherwise you’ll end up a shaking nervous ball in the corner, unable to eat or drink 😉

Yes similar I think, this one has soup inside and is basically like a xiao long bao, but with the char siew pao exterior. It’s soooooo good :)~
