I love that Tiffany scarf. I didn’t know they made scarves. Very cool. I love how you’re freaking out about stores not being there, whereas I’d be way more stressed about packing and moving my entire life to another continent.

Yeah they do a thicker one, and also thinner ones.. this one’s small enough to carry around but still big enough to give some warmth. I love the colour!

No one washes their hair in China… πŸ˜› You just go to a hairdresser and they do it for you + a blissful hour long head/shoulder massage for some ridiculous price, like 10 yuan. Hehe… That solves your shampoo dilemma? πŸ˜›

You might miss milk though. And drinking from the tap. Shanghai tap water is as disgusting as it gets, I found it difficult to rinse my mouth after I brushed my teeth!

Those thongs are super cute. I think I have to have one too… πŸ˜€

Are you SERIOUS about the washing hair thing? that is insanely cheap!!! But when I saw a hairdresser, it was the same price as Australia.. I think I”m going to the wrong places *cries*

Actually some of the places I went to were even cheaper than 10 yuan (I went to one place which charged 4 yuan for a hair cut + massage, and 2 yuan for a hair wash + massage – it was INSANE). Some places have loyalty cards so if you get a certain number of washes they do one free, or they just wash your hair at a discount etc. I was getting my hair washed + cut left, right and centre during my 5 week holiday in China πŸ˜€ It was great!

When you are on the ground you’ll have to ask your colleagues for where the awesome and cheap places are! I think there are hairdressers that are ludicrously expensive, but most are pretty cheap (yet still much better than most hairdressers in Australia).

HOly crap! it’s unbelievable.. you have me all excited now, hehe. We were seriously looking in the wrong places, cos everything was sooo $$ ;(

You’re gonna be in for a surprise. Lots of those labor-intensive jobs are sooo much cheaper compared to Western countries (think: tailoring, etc). I got my hair washed complete with massage for like a few bucks. So awesome πŸ™‚

did tokidoki ever came out with that bag design? i don’t think i’ve ever seen it. and carnival? i don’t think there is a print of that name >.<

just in case you’re buying from ebay, it might be a fake.

ahhh.. sorry about that.

I thought it’s a lesportsac tokidoki. I didn’t realize it’s a tokidoki (non lesportsac) bag. i was mad about lesportsac tokidoki a while ago so i pretty much know all the prints and bag style and the carnival print is one that i have not seen.

was just worried that you got duped to buying a fake while paying for full price because i know that you don’t buy fakes.

Yeah, it’s the new range with new styles and prints. For the older lesportsac range, I adored the Paradiso zucca but I think this Carezza style ‘opens’ up much easier. Can’t wait to get it!

zucca is great because of it has a shape but yeah it doesn’t open up easily.

my fav style is BV because it’s huge and can fit all my stuffs. one gripe is my things end up ‘swimming’ in it because it does not have a shape. talking about zucca, i miss my l’amore zucca which i sold off a while ago πŸ™

have fun with the new bag when it arrives πŸ™‚
