I like his diet. I wish I could eat that much pasta every day and stay slim.

I reckon! Though 1kg of pasta a day would make us feel soooo very ill, lol

Yeah Phelps’ diet is just insane!
He eats like a horse and swims like a fish!
But apparently he needs it in order to compensate for all the calories he burns during the 30-hours per week (yikes!) he spends in training.
    He’s got a yummy body, though 😛

      Hhaah oh so true!
I wonder what will happen AFTER he retires from swimming.. yet his stomach is so used to eating that much… 😉

Does the roti tisu taste like a crepe?

Nah totaly different cos it’s really thin and crispy, and a bit savory.. hence the condensed milk on top so it’s sweet. I like it more than crepes!

I read somewhere that he consumes 12,000 calories everyday…which is as crazy as his swimming schedule! But, he’s an olympian..that’s the difference I guess.
