Oooooooh! I love Spätzle! I dont think Ive had the real stuff in I dont know how long… i have made it from a mix though…and from a frozen pack in the last few years. when I get it and I’m making it I know it wont be the ‘real’ thing.. but i want some so bad I dont care :O) As for marrow…when I was little I used to eat it… my mother used to put marrow bones in soup. Now the thought makes me kind of gag. Lots of people like it…but…I dont know. Dont think I could do it any more.. Its kind of …ew….
