FOOD, My recipes, Uncategorized HOMECOOKED ORGANIC PESTO PASTA 23 January 2007

We decided to make an Organic Pesto Pasta with the Organic Green Olive & Pistachio Pesto and Fresh Cracked Pepper Pasta we bought. Using my fresh home-grown herbs, of course! 😀

It was so easy to make – just pan fried a bit of chicken, added some of my (home-grown! Whee!) basil, and stirred the pesto and some extra virgin olive oil into everything, and Hey Presto! Easy peasy 🙂

        Live herbs

Hun, when you say home-grown you actually mean they’re still living in the pot and growing, i.e. renewable? I wish I had your patience LOL! 🙂

That looks great! I wish I could grow my own herbs. Unfortunately I have a brown thumb (I even killed a cactus!) so I haven’t bothered.
