Hong Kong Cafe

#01-08 Novena Ville
Singapore

My aunt was really nice and took some of us out for supper one night, when it was almost midnight. But before I get into that… we climbed into her car and I kinda said “Oh, this is a really nice car” I’m normally not into cars at all nor do I really appreciate them, but this one just really appealed to me for some reason. My cousin said “I think it’s a Jaguar…” and she was right. No wonder it was so gorgeous! Now I understand why my aunt and her hubby collect them.. I would too if I could πŸ˜›

ANYWAY. Supper was at Hong Kong Cafe, at their new Novena branch. I was actually full from dinner (or rather, 2 dinners, as I ate before and after the wake service).. but somehow got hungry all over again when I saw the food. It was delicous, to the point where I forgot to take photos of the food, and only realised afterwards when it was all gone. D’oh.

Fried Beef Hor Fun. It was so delicious!

Spicy salt & pepper pork ribs. Went *bananas* over this. Now ranks
as one of my fave foods. Will be back for more!!

Peanut butter toast, deep fried.
A heart-attack in the waiting, but totally worth it.

Mango ice blended drink with mango fruit and mango ice cream.
Was actually my aunt’s drink but I had some. Yum :)~
