Oooo that looks GOOD!
Dieticians are extremely helpful to see – last time I saw mine, she helped me add so much more to my daily eating plans to mix things up a bit as it was getting boring!

I can’t wait to see mine on Mon… the chat I had with the CalorieKing dietitian was sooo helpful! Have you checked out the website? There’s a USA version if you’re interested 🙂

Hi The Fitness Queen!
I just blogged about my blob status, so this post is motivation for me!

Go go go!! I’m all posessed now.. haha. My friends think I’m a bit crazy and Chris is all freaked out with me 😛

That’s good to hear! I’ve been cooking some healthy and yummy stuff too; kinda surprised at how easy it can be sometimes! Haha. 😛

I reckon home cooked food is the best.. it’s healthy cos you know what’s going into it! But so little time 🙁

All hail the Fitness Queen!! You’re amazing. I can never get around to exercising!

Yeah it’s REALLY hard to get started.. I’ve always been so lazy. But once the determination/obsession sets in, it’s not too bad 🙂

You go girl! You Fitness Queen
I have been good too. For me, I think it’ll show more in about a month or two…..postponing the doctor’s visit with the scale weigh in until then.

Isn’t that annoying.. having to wait a month or more to see results? I like instant gratification 😉

You are on the ball girl!

Wow! Jogged all the way home from work? That’s impressive! Good luck with the dietitian!

My goal is to cut the time down so I jog home in 30 mins.. hope I can do that soon 🙂

Good going! Isn’t it great to feel so healthy?
Hopefully you’ll get to a point where you physically feel bad if you *don’t* exercise and that motivates you to stay healthy! I know if I don’t exercise I feel grumpy, tired and sore. Exercise puts me in a better mood now 😀

Ahhhh I hope so, I’m nowhere NEAR that point yet, I think! Everyone always tells me that soon I’ll *want* to exercise, but I can’t imagine getting to that point…. haha!

it’s really amazing! haha, just a few months back.. you were someone who doesn’t exercise at all. 🙂
but it feels good, yup? hee.

Yay!!! All hail Fitness Queen Bev ;D Oh hey I forgot to tell you that my friend’s sister recently got engaged and her and her fiance bought a house in the complex right behind eBay!!! I couldn’t find their house because the complex is literally right behind eBay Park so I was totally confused. I know they’re going to be happy there and driving past eBay reminded me of you 😛
Chinese greens are so good with oyster sauce!!
I envy you, I completely stopped my weekly runs around my neighborhood after I graduated from high school (about two years ago now!). But more power to you, seriously- congrats!

I’m proud of you!! I once made some sort of vegetarian meal for dinner and the BF complained about the lack of meat. Sadly, I prefer meat to veggies too, so it was a miserable meal for both of us.
posted on February 7, 2006 at 7:47 am
Heh it IS pretty miserable to have veggies and rice for dinner.. but I have to admit, the sweet & sour fish really made the whole meal yum 😛

YUM! Hey, those cooked carrots photographed really well. They look orange and cooked and make me hungry!! 🙁
posted on February 7, 2006 at 7:39 am
Hehe I don’t like veg but I liked that dish.. it wasn’t too bad at all!
