they do look cute and yummy but nothing beats a magnolia’s cupcake…you HAVE to try one of those in NYC they are to die for, and to stand on a line in the rain for…yes they are that good…hmmm cupcake…krispy kremes are 80 cents here and they make them hot and give you a free one when u walk in…what is up with the AU krispy kreme?

80c USD? that works out about the same I think.. unless it’s 80c AUD, then it’s def cheaper in the USA – boo!

I was reading a friend’s friends list and I saw your entry. I couldn’t help but comment! Oh my goodness, those cupcakes look SO yummy!! Thank goodness I’m going to Sydney next month. I’m DEFINITELY checking that place out!

Only drawback was that where I can eat 6 Krispy Kremes in one sitting, I can really only eat 1 cupcake in one sitting.

Well, that means it’s a “diet” food!

They are absolutely gorgeous little confections! The pics are lovely!

I wish SG had more fun sweets! But apparently not many SG’eans don’t like donuts and cupcakes and stuff like that.. so they don’t open a store there. Poo 🙁

well, only if the Krispy kremes are hot and fresh.. it’s not hard to eat a few, ‘cos they’re so light they don’t actually fill you!

Oooooo so so different. I don’t actually like muffins – they’re too thick and heavy and bread-y for me. Cupcakes are light and sweet and fluffy and like a dessert. YUM :)~

Cupcakes aren’t too popular here in AU either.. or at least I’ve never really noticed them! I like them all prettied up like this 😛

Me neither, only found out about it yesterday! I feel sooo left out, haha

I’ve only had the Jaffa and Chocolate so far.. going to have the Strawberry tonight. I like all so far!

I guess they’re $$ ‘cos of the designs, and they’re not as ‘automated’ as making KK donuts.. still too $$ for me though!

god, it’s been so long since my last cupcake. im craving one now! hey, it’s like 90% sure that i’m going to australia during the holidays! fun!!

I discovered that store a few months ago when they first opened and posted it on the vogue forums. the owner says that she has been inundated with women who read about it on there! haha

I love the cupcakes there, i buy one at least 2 time a week as a treat.

Strawberry is my fave.
