and ebay has it up and down moments.. Im still pretty much addicted to ebay, eventhough the prices’ getting too ridiculous 😡

and misty looks cute as per always.. Does she make any type of noise at all? she looks spoilt rotten from all the pics you have been putting up!! Very very contented for sure! hehe 🙂

Re: 😮

Hehe yeah, I love mum’s cooking! :)~

I find eBay 99.9% perfect.. but then sometimes a whacky buyer or seller comes along that makes you just go “HUH?!”

Misty’s pretty much silent.. but when she’s really happy she goes this little “dook dook” sound, really cute

thought you went MIA! why do i always read your entries at the wrong timing? my tummy’s growling so loudy, even during my exam paper earlier on. oops! 😛 the food your mum cooked sure looks yummy! you’re spreading your love for eBay rapidly, even to a grandmother! wow.

Maybe you should get your pastor to rename the place “First Church of eBay”? Haha, I think it’s so cute that you’re getting everyone addicted! 😀

The original way is to cook it with the chicken juices.. but I bought a chicken rice packet sauce so she stirrred that into the rice pot before cooking the rice instead!

hehs.. the keyword is ‘trying’ eh! there’s so many pretty stuff which’s unavailable in SG!! 🙁 Sigh! but am more used to yahoo, maybe cos havent really picked up any ebay tips yet! 😀

This girl didn’t even read it AT ALL, according to her.. she felt that she shouldn’t need to read auction descriptions (?!)

nooo hopping deery lou is cuteness =D

hey i was looking through your lj and i like your food pictures, can i add you on as a friend?

Oh don’t you hate stupid ebay buyers? They even seem worse than the bad sellers since you can expect to find some dodgy sellers.. but yeah, I have a very very similar story.. the buyer said I lied about the size/measurements of the top blah blah blah. I think in reality she realised she paid too much for it and wanted her money back. I did give her the money back only to shut her up. I relisted it (and got much less for it 🙁 ) and funnily, the 2nd buyer didn’t complain and left me positive feedback straight away.

Also, another dodgy buyer gave me the run around then had the hide to leave me negative feedback when I did nothing wrong!

Grrr..

Those food pics look great. Just wondering, do you make them look presentable for the photo or do they just come prepared like that?

Ooo I am with you. Naughty buyers annoy me more :X I’m pretty soft and usually give refunds/exchanges if they acknowledge they made a mistake and are nice about it. But this girl really was utterly nasty/catty, even AFTER she realised she was the one that was wrong 🙁 So in this case, NO WAY would I refund 😛

The food seriously comes like that!! Mum takes care with her presentation, it makes all the difference ‘cos I would never be bothered to do that.. you can tell when I take pics of my own food, it never looks half as presentable, haha

About the bad ebay story, she’d still lose the case. I think she’s just saving her pride by saying that.

That hokkien mee looks yummy though I hope your mum did set aside some without icky beansprouts in them for you. -_-

YES! She took my portion out, then added sprouts for her and dad *whew*

About the crazy eBay buyer.. I frankly would’ve refunded her if she made an honest mistake. But I certainly wouldn’t since she’s called me every name under the sun and got so nasty about it! She must’ve been really embarassed when she realised it was her mistake 😛

I was thinking about it, but I wanted her to apologise for her potty mouth first – I don’t want to refund if a buyer’s so inccredibly rude. ugh!
