myspace is just like friendster except there are more freaks there that like to be naked. a bunch of ppl wanted to be added as my friend and all they did was show me naked pics! ewie! but hey add me! and check out my pics of the duckies!

Mmmm, more food pics! πŸ™‚

Welcome to MySpace. I sent you a friend request. I am the one with the longest profile on MySpace, lol. You’ll know which if you click to check all of them. The place seemed useless at first but don’t dismiss it. The bands there are great, I have learned about at least 50 I didn’t know of before. I ran into someone I knew in 8th grade, and someone I knew 10 years ago. I have met several friends from there who live near me, and I have made a few new friends from there the way you might make a friend through your blog. There’s a lot of nonsense too though as you might expect on a place that tries to attract 16-year-olds. But you will soon have 100 friends and get sucked into its vortex. Wait and see. πŸ˜‰

I think this was the first time I ‘cooked’ in awhile! It’s just that it ends up the same price as eating out.. and I hate the clean up afterwards :X

Just recently purchased a DS and the Nintendogs game. In my opinion, I wouldn’t call it a great game. It’s neat and fun for a little while, but it got boring for me really quick. Besides, I have my own two dogs to play with!

Yeah that’s what chris and I thought too.. that we’d like it for a week, then get sick of it. that’s why we figured buying then re-selling it on eBay would mean we won’t be out of pocket. But don’t know if it’s still worth the effort πŸ˜›

Ive MySpace account for some time already, haven’t logged in for ages! Prob don’t even rem my username and password already, haha!

Guess what, I do that sneaky lil “homecooked” meal thing once in a while too. I figured, why not? Since it saves time and puts me in a better mood to enjoy my food.

Hehe we’ve been looking tonight on eBay! Saw an awesome Toyota go for a really good price, but the auction’s already ended. eBay’s pretty much all used cars though πŸ™

Hm, I don’t know about prices since I’m not sure of the PhP equivalent of that but my grandfather (he likes small cars haha) recently got a Getz as a backup car and I think he likes it so far. But if I had his budget I would have gotten a Mazda 3 hatchback haha instead of a Hyundai!

Chris should look at the Mazda 3 or Mazda 6! πŸ˜‰
(I’m not sure if the models here are the same as there though)

I like the Mazda 3! I’m not sure how much it is though, as chris’ price range is around $30k.. not sure if the Mazda is over that. But that in silver would be gorgeous πŸ™‚

I don’t know how much cars there are (probably more expensive than here LOL) but a AUD 30k budget would be MORE than enough for a Mazda 3 2-Liter here! πŸ™‚ AUD 30k (I had to use an online currency converter) is about PhP 1.2M here, and the Mazda 3 2L goes for around 900++k. πŸ™‚

Hey, just want to share a little on buying a new car cause my bf just bought a new car about 2 weeks back! He was initially going to buy a second hand car but his dad decided against it as we don’t know the history and stuff. In the end, we bought a brand new Honda Civic 1.7L Auto. The list price (incl. registration + stamp duty etc) was actually $27100. But they’re currently having a promotion and the aircon is free so it’s $25100. Anyway, we negotiated on the price and we finally got it at $23500. Pretty good discount I must say and according to the sales girl, it’s the end of the month (31st of Aug) so they wanted the sales, and we were very lucky to actually get it at that price.

Also, we paid it by cash. I am not sure, but for us, the method we were using to pay didn’t affect the selling price at all. Because even when negotiating, she didn’t at any point as what was our method of payment. The Sales Manager asked us if we needed a loan only when we were paying the downpayment.

We were also looking at the Toyota Ascent at first, which was $21500 drive away although it was a 1.8L. Much cheaper, but urgh, the windows were not powered windows, wasn’t alloy wheels and had plastic finishings on the outside. So just take these into consideration because sometimes they put everything to the bare minimum just to push the price down to make sales.

And oh, don’t know about Syd, but in Melb every dealers quotes you a different price and it depends on your luck when negotiating. So perhaps you may want to try different dealers after deciding on the car.

Hey thanks for the info! Chris is definitely shopping around over the next few weeks.. he’s not in a rush so he’ll pick and choose until he gets the best price. I wish I hadn’t sold my car now, in retrospect, it would’ve been so much easier! Grrrr.

I think they like cash upfront as it guarantees them the funds all at once?

Aww I didn’t know that, so cute to have it recognise your voice! πŸ˜› I wish I didn’t have to buy the Nintendo DS just to play the game though..

Nooo it won’t be fair, as I’m out of the house since I’m working. Ferrets are pretty much the only animal (fish, mice, etc don’t count!) that are OK to leave alone during the day when I’m out as they sleep 80% of the day – they’re actually recommended for office people ‘cos of that πŸ˜›

I was playing the demo version of the Nintendogs yesterday at a game shop. Very cute indeed although can’t beat having a real dog of course. I missed my 3 dogs so much after playing with it. πŸ™

I wish I could have a real dog… but my ferret’s just as cute so she’ll do πŸ˜›

And I did the same as you!! Wanted to run straight home and give Misty a cuddle. The nintendog’s not warm and cuddly is it πŸ˜‰

Yeah my boy asked if I wanted the Nintendo DS just so I can play Nintendogs. I told him if he wanted to buy me one I would rather he get me a real puppy instead. lol!

If you put it in a stuffed dog…

There is also bark mode where you can visit other dogs and play with them via the DS’s wireless connection. But so far I’ve not found anyone running it in bark mode.

You can buy bows and ribbons for doggy!

Another DS game coming out in Dec is animal crossing. Its a game which allows you to “live” a life in a cartoon village. And if you are near a wifi spot your friends can visit you from other countres!
