Ooh. The railway thing looks fun! Hurhur. πŸ™‚ Like !!!!AHHH!!! fun.

Oh a question! Do you get weird stares and all, when you start taking photos! (with flash) at your photo. That’s why I’m always fearful of taking photos of food! Especially in more posh areas.

The railway was like a rollercoaster, lol.. right in the middle of the serene mountains!

I don’t use flash.. or if I do, I just do it and don’t care. I’m very thick-skinned πŸ˜€

Looks like you both had a lovely time πŸ™‚ I was at the Blue Mountains about 2 years ago and took the Scenic Railway and another Cable Car- like thing too. Enjoyed the Scenic Railway but wished that the ride was much longer than it was!

hi beverly! i work at a travel agency and we have packages going to australia and the scenic railways is one of the destination! my co-worker who’s been there says it’s sooooooooo freaky! haha. im still trying to convince my parents to go this christmas.. how is there weather there during december? warm?

Oooh yeah, do visit the Blue Mountains! It’s really gorgeous, and def stay at Lilianfels as it’s the nicest hotel.. the others are all motels :X

Dec is nice and warm, def the best time!

Hmm, mine was just bovril and porridge, and maybe some pork floss. Damn. But you know when I went to australia 2-3 yrs ago, I couldn’t find any Bovril! *wails*

What a fun trip! The scenic railway/flyway look too scary for me (afraid of heights girl *hehe*), but the view must have been amazing! How far away are the Blue Mountains from Sydney?

I’m scared of heights too, but the view was so nice I just HAD to look πŸ˜›

It’s a 1.5 hr drive.. but took us almost 3 hrs with traffic :X

i spy….a balenciaga!!!! πŸ™‚ in two photos. hehe

i love this entry. so much fun to read/look. i didn’t know eucalyptus oil was blue…or at least evaporating eucalyptus oil. that’s kind of fascinating actually. your veg. pannini looks really good by the way. vegetables can be very filling depending on how they are prepared. roasted is the best way, i think πŸ™‚ i love the charred flavor.

Bovril, is that molasses? like a honey-consistency? we don’t have it in the states but it looks like this product from the philippines that my grandma did the same thing with except without the egg.

i was glued to “The Candy Store” photo, because of all those reese’s, normal and white chocolate ones, I would have gone crazy and bought loads and loads, because they don’t sell it here in portugal and it’s my favorite candy! =) i had to buy it off ebay to satisfy my craving =)

You and Chris look great in all the pics. The scenic railway looks fun. I love paninis, they are healthy and they taste good, the fettucini looks good too. I also liked how after you ate healthy, you went into a candy store. The irony. The dinner sounds and looks fancy. I’m glad you’re having a fun time.

Ahh your breakfasts and lunches look absolutely amazing. And even though the dinner looks much more decorated, it has an interesting appeal to it. I’m glad I just ate before checking out this entry!! It would’ve made me soo hungry πŸ˜›

I think it’s so adorable that you refer to lollipops as lollies!! I guess I’m just boring and can’t find a cute word for those darn things.

Oh, and Beverly, I’ve been semi-keeping up with your entries πŸ˜› School and everything else keep me fairly busy and I just heistate to comment because you already have so many by the time I get to the entries! Anyway, looks like you and Chris are having a very lovely time πŸ™‚

I make myself hungry looking at the pics, lol!

Ya in Australia everyone says “lollies”.. in singapore it’s “sweets” and in the USA it’s “candy”.. so I pretty much say all 3, haha
