I reckon it’ll be.. just ‘cos Google’s products are always so popular. I adore ICQ but now I think I like Talk just as much, if not more!

good for google!! i’m so surprised that it actually took them this long to come up with one. people already have their favorite instant messaging program that they’ve been using for years so it’s a shame google Talk wasn’t developed around the time yahoo and msn launched their versions. let’s see how successful this will be. i’m such a big fan of google. they really know what people are looking for in terms of email services, search engines, news, etc. i’m about to download this and see if it’s up to par πŸ™‚

i used to use icq only and loved it but everyone uses ym or msn now and i have to in order to chat with them. πŸ™ i like trillian’s idea of everything under one roof but for some reason it’s just not very stable.

I wonder if this will beat MSN? I used to use ICQ, but my generation switched to MSN so it made more sense for me to use msn instead. Ah well.

wow, that looks spiffy. Google are trying to take over the world! πŸ˜€ I wonder if it will end up making msn superfluous, the way msn made ICQ redundant. Though to be honest, I don’t understand why no one uses ICQ anymore, it’s much better than MSN. Do you know why no one uses ICQ anymore?
