Personally i think they changed something in the breakfast burgers. It doesn’t taste like it used to.

Agreed! I think it’s the whole thing with them being healthy now.. all the food tastes different and worse 🙁

eeps… that’s a 1031 calorie breakfast! be careful ok..
🙁 I don’t like counting calories.. I always end up feeling bad! :X

it’s alright to indulge in such food sometimes! I do too! 🙂

Hehe especially when I was dreaming about it for 2 weeks! 😛

Hmmm…McDonald’s breakfast. One of my favorite guilty pleasures.

I love Maccas breakfasts! Just wish they had it ’till later :X

Ah how I love mac brekkie! Now I must have them for breakfast tml….
Hehe well I heard from they deliver in SG.. soooooo lucky
posted on July 16, 2005 at 2:13 pm
But I don’t like deliveries. Takes the fun out of it! I want to sit in Mac, enjoy the air-con, and eat the brekkie with all the nice smells wafting out from their kitchen. Only thing is that I don’t like the noisy kids. ;(

Ohhhh yeah that’s true.. in SG the Maccas experience is real nice. In AU it’s freezing so no one wants to go outside, ‘cos Maccas is cold too, so delivery would be perfect!

Hahaha.. but I prefer the mac brekkie in the states. Theirs are sooooo much nicer. ;/

i am craving that EXACT mcdonald’s meal. pancakes and sausage and hash brown.

It’s my fave combination, I never have anything else! 😛

I want Macdonald’s breakfast too!!!!! The one here doesn’t have a breakfast menu (no market for such an expensive breakfast) 🙁 I get my fix whenever I go to Kuching but we don’t have Bacon and Egg Muffin 🙁
posted on July 16, 2005 at 2:19 pm
Awww poo 🙁 Is maccas breakfast really that expensive there? It’s cheaper here than pretty much any other brekkie we can find!
posted on July 16, 2005 at 2:26 pm
Well, one meal costs about RM8 here whereas you can get roti canai (aka Roti Prata) for RM1.20 and noodles for less than RM2.
posted on July 16, 2005 at 2:50 pm
Oooooooo so lucky!!! The cheapest roti chanai I can find is about US$1.50 each and comes with NOTHING and doesn’t even taste very authentic *grumble*

Well well, I like Sophie Kinsella’s books too! Have read the whole shopaholic series of course! I also wanna get this “Undomestic Goddess”, but so far we only have the large print version here, wanna wait till it has the smaller mass paperback …

Hehe I love the Shopaholic series too 😛 I hope this one is just as good!

mmmm..craving for laksa now :)~
Hey, where’s that Laksa House in Wynyard?
Is it better than Malay Chinese Take Away on Castlereagh St.?
The Laksa House is at 60 Clarence St.. the laksa and prawn mee there is excellent!!! The pic above is that Castlereagh st one – I find their laksa and prawn mee isn’t as good as Laksa House, but I love their seafood hor fun!

Mmmmmmm…I LOVE MCDONALDS’ HASHBROWNS!!!!!! Do the McDonald’s in Australia carry the McGriddles breakfast sandwiches? I’ve always been curious about how they taste!
Ahh what’s McGriddles?!?
posted on July 17, 2005 at 2:17 am
McGriddle Sandwiches are basically your choice of bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiched between two pancakes with the maple syrup baked in =D Sounds really gooooooooooood…
Here’s a link to the website 😉

Oh yummmmmmmm.. we don’t have that *cries*
posted on July 17, 2005 at 4:20 pm
I read a food review on it and it seems that there’s too much of the maple syrup flavor. And when I say “flavor” I mean that it tastes artificial and there’s a “chemical” aftertaste =Þ So I guess Aussies really aren’t missing out! LOL 😉

Then again.. everyone always complains about Maccas food and how bad it tastes, but I love it 😛 So I’m not gonna trust that review, hehe!

It’s so hard to be healthy here in Melbourne, the portions are humonguous. I can probably have 3 whole meals with it….bah…

Hehe try living in the States! The portions are 1.5 – 2x the size here.. I like Singaporean-sized portions, they’re just right IMHO!
