This may seem like a stupid question, but I’m curious… What exactly is the “gravy” on the fries? I’ve only ever had ketchup on them. Looks good though!

You know gravy that goes on roast meat, or steak or meat? It’s just poured on fries instead. SO YUM!!!!!

i dont think pasta is healthy. well, maybe it’s not that it’s not healthy but in most of the diet regimens pasta is banned. And celeb trainers always recommend to avoid food that are white, like rice, sugar, bread, etc because white usually equals simple carbs. But anyway, at least you’re exercising. I bought pilates dvds and but only ended up watching and excercsing like, 3 times >_<

Ya i know many diets don’t like carbs.. but I can’t do it!!! And if I have a tomato based (ie. anything not cream) pasta, I just let myself have it and convince myself it’s healthy πŸ˜›

Not sure if this is of any comfort but I hardly exercise! Always tell myself “you are going to wake up and run or at least skip rope tomorrow morning” but this NEVER works! So don’t feel bad ya? πŸ™‚

ps: the fries look yummy!

Hehe yes… I just don’t exercise and I sit on my butt all day, so I reckon I better start before I get a heart attack πŸ˜‰

You’re allowed the occassional slip πŸ˜‰ If you deny yourself eeeverything, it’s inevitable you’ll fall off. And it does look tasty!
