You should definitely try PIAR in Crows Nest, yummiest indian food EVER.

the servings are quite generous and the service is devine. and they serve the dishes on cute little bowls that they put on these cute lamp things.

Woooo go you! How often are you gonna exercise? i’m going to aim for 2x/week which I think is pretty good for a beginner..

Oh, I just discovered chai teas too recently. They have them at Gloria Jeans in case you didn’t know.

And I’m sick too. It seems like it’s definitely going around at the moment. Probably something to do with the sudden weather change πŸ™

On the treadmill do you go really fast? I’m always amazed at how people seem to push themself to the limits to outdo the person next to do or something.. or maybe I’m imagining things. I can’t go very fast as I’ll run out of breath (asthmatic) so I just go slower and for a longer period, which I find works better anyway. Also, if you go when a tv program you like is on, it kind of makes you stay longer!! Like if you go at the start of the Simpsons, you have to stay there for half an hour to watch the rest of the show! hehe

Have fun at the massage.. let us know how it went. I love massages…

Yeahhhh I love Chai now! Dont’ forget it doesn’t have caffeine and is WAY healthier than coffee or regular tea. I like the Gloria Jeans one πŸ™‚ My absolute fave is Starbucks!

I go at speed ‘6’.. not sure what that means.. 6km/hr maybe? Not really that fast, esp not for my first time! Don’t want to kill myself πŸ˜‰

Aww I hope you feel better! *sends good vibes*

Oh, I haven’t tried the starbucks one yet.

Yeah ‘6’ seems ok.. I usually go between 5-6 which feels fine to me, but then I look over to the person next to me and they are going 9 or 12 or something!

I don’t know whether it’s km/hr or miles/hr. There’s no signs at the machines at my gym telling me which setting it’s on which is kind of annoying because I’d like to know. I’ve told myself it’s miles though πŸ™‚ hehehe because I know for a fact it takes me 10mins to walk 1km so yeah… the ‘6’ setting is quite a brisk walk, there’s no way it’d be 6 km/hr? but who really knows…

The Starbucks one is sweeter πŸ˜‰ I’m trying to find a good Chai syrup that I can just drizzle in my coffee.. that way I can make the free coffees at work, and just drizzle it in! Will save heaps of $ πŸ™‚

Chris goes at 11 on the treadmill but he has long legs I guess? haha miles is def better! Let’s just assume it is πŸ˜‰

There’s no better time to complain about being fit than when bein lazy! Anyway, I noticed that in your interests you put love so you should join

chai at home

I got given this recipe for chai and I really enjoy it. If you don’t like it with a strong flavour, halve the amount of spices.

1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon ground cardamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix spices and condensed milk in a clean dry jar and store in the fridge. To use, add 2-3 tablespoons to a cup of strong black tea.

Don’t feel bad about your legs – I went to a Pilates class on Monday night and my tummy is so sore that it still hurts to sneeze even today!

Re: chai at home

Oh cool!! I saw those chai syrups and was thinking of getting some, maybe I can make my own πŸ™‚ Thanks for that!
