I think high-end stores tend to have really good customer service, simply because they’re more customer-oriented than sale (as in budget) oriented! I work for a David Lawrence concession in Myer, and we care so much more about customer service than Myer staff do!

I’ve heard bad stories about some of the LV SAs in Singapore though! There’s a girl in the LV here, she’s just OK.. quite disinterested. But the one I chatted with is just soooo nice πŸ™‚

The last time I was at my LV store I chatted with the SA for at least an hour! hehe. And we played with all of the bags and everything<3 She was so sweet! Her name's Natalie.. I'd recommend her to anyone in Perth.. ;D

I really love the flat thongs (on that page), they’re ADORABLE! Do you know how much they are? The Cerise ones are really cute too.

Those Party Feet things that suggested are made to go into open-toed shoes (at least the ones I’ve seen are), so I’m sure they’d work for you.. πŸ™‚

Yay, I think Aussie SAs are just nice! It makes all the difference doesn’t it πŸ™‚
Dunno how much the thongs are.. I think around US$300-400 if I’m not wrong. And I’m def going to check out those Party Feet thingys!!

I know what you’re talking about. Scholl Party feet should do the trick, either that, or foot petals.

I love it when I get good customer service!

Ya CS is always so important! I’m going to try and get the shoes online, as they’re open-toed so I don’t think I can stuff soles into them πŸ™

I think that if you really love the shoes, you might be able to get it to fit more snugly if you put in a small insole or pad at the front… that usually does it for me, plus it makes the shoe a lot more cushy for my feet too.

Prob is that the ones I like are sandals or mules, so you can’t stuff them to make them smaller! :X I might try and get it online in a smaller size.. I wish they would import my size in!!
